After Peli's big first day in Sunbeams class,

I was telling him how proud I was of him-

I said, "You made Mommy and Daddy so happy today."

and without missing a beat he said,

"Yeah. I did."

glad we're not lacking in confidence around here.

Randomly the other day, I said,

"I love you Peli."

He turned and said, matter-of-factly:

"No.  Grandma loves Peli.

And Dallas loves Peli."
again with the low self-esteem.
