kid pix

It must be said up front that these are all cellphone pix!

Thus, they are a bit fuzzy. But still fantastic ;)

-

{On a trip to the hardware store, we were thrilled to find they had

these darling kid carts! The kids would've been happy to stay all day and

drive them around the aisles.}

-

{Raini even found a pink purse she thought she was gonna take home...}

-

{The funny thing here is... Raini!

She put her own shoes on, screamed that she had to have her

jacket... but that's it! No pants. She was good to go.}

-

{Rain loves this motorcycle... but she loves it even more

when Peli will ride on back with her}

-

{This started out as a mom's Hell Day. Screaming, fighting

children, chaos all morning long. I was absolutely ECSTATIC

when I got both children down for a nap at the same time!

But wait!

It doesn't end there.

As soon as I'd taken this pic and gone downstairs-

JACKHAMMERS! Yes, jackhammers.

On a holiday.

On our perfectly fine, quiet street where there's never construction.

It lasted about 15 minutes... just long enough for

both kids to be awakened.

Pretty sure I coulda gone postal that day.

But it was a nice moment while it lasted, no?}

-

{Raini loves her "babies" (dolls) and her princesses...

but she's also REALLY into Cars right now (??)

She got some cars for Christmas, and loves to

play with Peli. It's so funny. And random.

Here they are in their new Cars shirts!}

-

{So happy!}

-

{She also got a Cars blankie and pillowcase,

which she will not nap, lie down or sleep without.

What am I gonna do with this one?}

-

{We found a new movie obsession- Real Steel!

If you haven't seen it, you should- we all loved it,

but the kids are OBSESSED. They dance to all the

music, fake-fight to all the robot fights... It's like

Iron Man all over again.

This is Peli doing the dance when Max is teaching

Atom how to dance}

-

{The other night after dinner, I saw Raini completely

focused on writing/drawing in a coloring book!

She was so intense... it reminded me of Peli when

he was that age- he would color so carefully}

-

PLANES ;)

This is SO FUN it makes me wanna get up and dance on a bar.
I mean read my scriptures.

Can.  Not.  Wait.

mama said knock u out...

If this movie is full of songs like this, it will be a MUST for this mama.  And the kids can come too ;)
